4th UIS‑Japan Professional Development Workshop

TheUnion of Islamic Schools in Japan (UIS‑Japan) held its 4th Professional Development Workshop at International Islamia School Otsuka (IISO), Tokyo. The event gathered principals, board members, and school leaders from Islamic institutions across Fukuoka, Tokyo, Saitama, and Hokkaido, creating a dynamic platform for collaboration and leadership growth.

Facilitated by Mr. William White (CISNA), the workshop introduced participants to the globally recognized DiSC® personality assessment framework, focusing on how behavioral styles influence communication, teamwork, and leadership effectiveness.
