The 4th UIS‑Japan Professional Development Workshop, hosted at IISO Tokyo, brought together Islamic school leaders from across Japan for training on the DiSC® leadership framework. Facilitated by William White of CISNA, the session strengthened collaboration, enhanced communication skills, and supported IISO’s Vision 2030 commitment to advancing Islamic education nationwide.
