IISO Ladies’ Stretch & Tarbiyah Circle – August 2025 A Unique Program for Muslimah in Tokyo Take a break from the busy week and join our exclusive Friday morning program designed for Muslim women to nourish both body and soul. Held at the IISO New Campus, this four-week program combines guided stretching exercises to enhance physical well-being with heartfelt discussions on parenting and children's education in Japan — all in a comfortable, sisters-only environment. 🗓 Program Details Fridays in August | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 📍 IISO New Campus, 4F 💰 Fee: ¥5,000 for 4 sessions 👩 For ladies only 💪 Program Schedule 10:00 – 11:15 | Stretching & relaxation session led by our certified female coach 11:15 – 12:00 | Open discussion on children’s Tarbiyah and education in Japan with IISO’s experienced school counselor Whether you're looking to stay active, reflect on your parenting journey, or simply connect with other Muslimah in Tokyo — this is the space for you.
